Guiding Burnt Out Women to Vitality
Functional Nutrionist
Chronic fatigue. Insulin resistance. Hormonal dysfunction. Depression. Anxiety. Loss of libido. Brain fog. Insomnia. Unexplained symptoms of all kinds…
We are living in a time of countless health issues and so few clear answers.
Metabolic, cognitive, and structural dysfunction are at an all-time high, and women, specifically bear the weight of a depleted and mineral-deficient food, water, and soil system.
We are bombarded with supplements, diets, self-care protocols, and mental health tips- but why are so many women still burnt out and exhausted?
I’m Emma.
I’m a functional nutritionist who prioritizes the individualized biochemistry of each woman I work with.
Rather than a top-approach of symptom-based protocols and preferential lifestyle changes, I go straight to the source. I work with minerals.
A few years ago, I was in a burnt-out, depleted state after getting my master’s degree. I couldn’t think, I couldn’t create, there was nothing left for me to give. Out of desperation for answers, I did a Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test and it gave me so much validation for the way I was feeling.
Once I began a mineral balancing program, it felt like I had snapped out a dream and a veil was lifted. I could finally see clearly. Vitality came back.
I kept seeing this depleted pattern in women around me and especially new mothers around me. I though ‘if I’m feeling this way and I’m not even a mother, I couldn’t imagine taking care of kids in this state.’
I threw myself into studying everything I could about minerals.
I’ve been in this health space for my entire life. I’ve done every cleanse, diet and protocol to try and ‘heal’, but MINERAL BALANCING is the only thing that has brought me out of burnout.
You deserve to live in vitality and creativity.
I’m here to help you bring you back to life.
Mothers Pass on Metals & Minerals
We’ve all heard of heavy metals- but where did they come from? And might they be the source of so much dysfunction?
Heavy metals stick with us through generations. They come from toxins in our environment, from traumatic experiences, and from our motherline.
When a woman gets pregnant, they nurture two generations ahead of them- the baby, and the reproductive organs for their future grandchildren.
Heavy metals embed so deeply in our tissues that they’re easily transferred in the placenta from mom to baby.
We are compensating for the nutrition previous generations didn’t receive, while attempting to nourish our own bodies, all while nurturing the future generations.
This is a huge responsibility to carry. But we also get to make choices now that will affect all the lives that come after us.
Remineralizing for Future Generations
As women, our bodies are intricately designed to create and support life.
For the human race to continue, we HAVE to create life. It is our biological imperative to be vital.
Even if you’re not planning on having children, choosing to nourish yourself and rebalancing your minerals will have a ripple effect that will span across lifetimes.
We may not be completely be able to nourish the next few generations, but starting with you and your family is a monumental step in the right direction.
The Piece You’re Missing
Minerals are the foundation of life.
They are the “spark plugs”, and are involved in almost all enzymatic reactions in the body.
Humans are electrical beings with energetic currents running through our bodies 24/7. Without proper mineral levels, energy isn’t conducted.
And without an electrical current, we can become sick, fatigued, and moody. Our personalities can even change completely.
Mineral balancing is not a quick fix or a month-long cleanse. It’s a long-game healing system that targets energy production at the cellular level.
The program consists of a diet, supplement, lifestyle, and a detox program specific to your own mineral status.
We have billions of cells and this program repairs them one by one, which can take consistency and a lot of commitment.
Mineral balancing is a foundational protocol. It takes the guesswork out of health.
What is Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis?
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a non-invasive test measuring mineral levels, ratios, and toxins in the body, offering insights into the last 2-3 months of metabolic activity.
It provides unique biochemical data not easily accessible through other tests. While not diagnostic, HTMA can identify underlying causes of health issues like fatigue, insulin resistance, cognitive dysfunction, mood fluctuations, and personality traits.
By revealing mineral deficiencies, HTMA guides individuals toward areas needing attention in their current lifestyle and nutrient intake.
